Now you know you've been meaning to make some chicken stock! Well, we have just what you need for healthy, delicious, nutritious chicken stock! Our chicken backs just need to be dropped in the pot with some carrots, onions, celery, bay leaves and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, simmer for several hours (or cook in a crock pot overnight or 24 hours). Add a little vinegar to pull more minerals out of the bones.
